United by motherhood, do yoga with your baby, play and sing to them with an open heart. Your physical and emotional health is so important at this time. Move within own capabilities which may vary each week. In keeping within the safety guidelines of the IYTA you can return to a yoga practice post-partum after your 6 week check up (vaginal birth) or 8 week (caesarean with no complications).
