Prenatal Yoga prepares new mothers with the skills to consciously experience the miracle of birth and motherhood with confidence and joy, with emphasis on safety for mother and baby. Students must be over 14 weeks pregnant and have clearance from a Doctor or midwife to attend the Pre-Natal yoga classes which are focused on active birth ,.
Classes include -Connection to baby - Centering - Breathing for Birth - Active birthing poses - Muscular corset - Spinal health - Pelvic floor - Relaxation - Total class time 1hr - 30mins, bring yoga mat, shawl, large pillow, water. Great space to meet other mothers and create a support network.
