Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit—improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups. Sadhana is able to teach those with physical & mental disabilities.

Each class offers limbering up, energy block release, asanas, pranayam & relaxation.

Sadhana’s classes often include partner yoga, healing touch, fun & stillness.

Sometimes the classes are outside at the beach.

Sadhana is a thorough teacher, offering assistance, & modifications.

Sink into the present moment & discover stillness & spaciousness.

Prenatal and Postnatal classes practice tools for labour and improve baby bonding and relaxation.

One off classes available for interested groups (minimum 4 people). Private sessions also available.
